Intrauterine growth restriction - PubMed Health

A must read! My first born weighed only 4lbs 15oz. and no she was not a preemie! I delivered her at 38 weeks, healthy, but a little small! I received pre-natal care at a local clinic located inside a teaching facility, where most often times I was seen by Medical Students. Once I became pregnant with my 2nd child, I had been an established patient with my current GYN for 3 years, and she educated me on this topic. MOMS make sure you get proper pre-natal care. It will make you & baby happy and healthy!

Mommy At Heart Tees!

Welcome to MommyAtHeart.com—a site that helps moms connect to the best charities around the world.

Being a mom means you need to wear many different hats. At the end of the day you're exhausted, worn out and drained from fulfilling so many roles to support your family. The title of “Mom” means that on any given day you could be a taxi driver, personal chef, sanitation engineer, judge, referee, potty trainer, play-date coordinator and so much more!

We realized that moms play all of these roles and more—so we decided to design a few mom shirts that focus on the many jobs you perform each day to keep your family safe, happy and healthy. The best part about our shirts is that when you place an order on MommyAtHeart.com we will donate $5.00 directly to a worthy cause.

Each Month we partner with a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization that focuses on issues affecting women and children worldwide. We collect the $5.00 donations as orders roll in and then write a check to the cause on the last day of the month. Every $5.00 donation is guaranteed to reach the charitable cause in full. This $5.00 donation does not include any hidden fees such as administrative costs, marketing costs, or salary for our staff. Your $5.00 donation is guaranteed to reach the cause and we take pride in this high level of transparency.

Philly's City Pass!!

Philadelphia has cross-generational appeal. Whether you zip through a place or linger to read every caption, Philadelphia’s American history and lively contemporary city vibe is fun to separate or blend. Philly is full of great adult reminders of our founding fathers' passion for freedom, and kids anchor the names and ideas to classroom conversation. The National Constitution Center -- one of the tickets in Philadelphia CityPass -- is an authentic American destination. Don’t miss the live performance of Freedom Rising.History and legend seem to appear at every corner. The Philadelphia Trolley Works/ Big Bus ticket helps you connect the five attraction stops, with a panoramic landscape of the buildings, streets and inventions that distinguish our national identity along the way: The Franklin Institute, Adventure Aquarium, Philadelphia Zoo, and an option ticket that gives you the choice between The Please Touch Museum or the Eastern State Penitentiary and the National Constitution Center or the Academy of Natural Sciences. Young or not-so-young, the selection of tickets, half-off savings, and unique urban revelations make this a pleasure for every age visitor.
